Didn’t Anyone Tell You to Stay Out of Dark Alleys at Night? is a one-page horror-themed encounter for level 1 characters. It includes everything a DM needs to run the encounter, including read-aloud text and a new monster (with full statblock) for characters to contend with. It can serve as the starting hook for a new campaign, or easily dropped into an existing campaign as a random encounter.
